Sorry this is a bit late! Busy as all get out!
One more announcement for you all: I was asked a while back to be part of a Science Fiction romance comics anthology. I have an 8 pager in it, a quick one shot, featuring the character in my Prophet back up comic. The whole anthology is over 80 pages, and includes some amazing creators. Were trying to get funding for printing on Kickstarter, so give it a look see if you have the time! Here’s some promo images for my story:
See you Monday!
alright… you just wrote the best line in the comic so far… “Small creature, where is your flight deck… we long to be free”… how hard was it to not put in “like a leaf in the wind” 8)
I must confess, i seriously had to resist the urge!
Am I wrong or is this the first time we learn that name of the little alien girl? Love that Howard is such a badass that he just punches the dishwasher monster.
You are not wrong, you are right! I hate info dumping, but Im sure Ill get to explaining it, haha.
awesome dude
Thanks man!
Oh snap! Cool stuff.
A thought about the biomechanics of punching. If he was on the balls (front of his feet) versus the heel, it would be a stronger punch. Something to think about when you draw more hand to hand combat.
You may notice in boxing and other types of combat sports, a commentator may say “he’s flat footed.” As an indication when the player’s form is poor (often due to exhaustion). But it’s the opposite of what someone wants stance wise during a punch or any type of physical altercation.
Mmmmm, awesome, Ilbum, thanks for telling me! This is something I’m going to file away for later when I have to draw more kung fu fights, etc. Thanks man!
Love your style man. And I can’t wait to check out your one shot and the anthology. Good for you, and congrats on all the success you’re having!
Thank you sir! Doing my best to bring you all I got. Thanks for reading, as always!
